Yes, it relates to the spots. It will pop up a window when any call in your
watch list appears in a DX spot. For example, if you were particularly
trying to work VP8SGI, you could put that in the watch list. Back when the
ARRL Centennial was underway, I had all of the W1AW/X calls in there.

Eventually, I took everything out of my watch list because it got quite
verbose and the popup windows were annoying.

What is the aclog's watch list under the file menu for?  Does it have
anything to do with spots?
