As to the more serious problem, I don't know how you could design a
program to do this because, in effect, you want something that acts on "do
what I mean" instead of "do what I say" and that's the antithesis of a
computer's operational theory.  Perhaps there's a special education
teacher out there who can help but I'd suggest taking this question to a
list that's devoted to such needs.  Good luck.
