You can't make windows with system access, but the insert-m turns the marrow 
keys in to mouse navigation.  I can find things that window-eyes doesn't 
find, like the control pannel for my old creative labs zenstone mp3 player. 
Some times window-eyes is better as well.
I haven't read the entire manual for NVDA, but I bet their are mouse keys in 
there to.
