Subject: Look for me this weekend

The second weekend of October is upon us and once again the Pennsylvania
QSO party will clog the bands, aggravate old fart nets, and cause rag
chewers to bemoan another contest weekend. I plan to be right in the
thick of it, having a ball.

If you are playing radio this weekend, listen for KW3A and give me a
call. I'll be on 160 through 20 meters, with higher bands as openings
allow. Mostly SSB, with some slow CW.

Time: 1600z Saturday to 0500z Sunday, and again 1300z to 2200z Sunday.
I think the contest sponsors will again offer the"Beacon Award" for the
blind operator with the highest QSO total.

Exchange for this contest is: in state serial number and PA county. Out
of state serial number and ARRL or RAC section.

73 and hope to see you this weekend, Steve KW3A
