Hello,

I have a client who it totally blind and uses a
 YAESU FT-234 MK2 Hand-Held
Radio. She needs a device to audibly read the
 frequency information from
the LCD display on the unit. If anyone has any
 suggestions as to a device
that will cover a small LCD area and convert the
 numerals into spoken
information, it would be greatly appreciated. This
 seems to be a common
issue with anyone using LCD displays.
