I remember when I renewed, it took forever--had to download this special
browser.  A sighted friend was there and laughed because you just had to
wait till it finished whatever it was doing.  It was really funny.  I'm sure
they made it much easier now though.

I did it myself on the www.fcc.gov web site.  The site is accessible.  i
called Handihams.  Avery gave me some advice, but said that I had to do the
actual work myself.
