And what a ne3t it was.  Great to hear folks.  If nothing else, that big
storm we had got rid of my 20 meter noise.  <GRIN>

You did an absolutely outstanding job as net control today.

In fact, I found that my XYL became interested enough in all of the 
festivities that she listened to part of the net as well.

On a related note, I didn't mean to bail out on you today in terms of taking

net control.  It's just that, up until today, I tended to quickly loose 
propagation on 20 meters around halfway through the net, so didn't think it 
would be wise to assume the net control function.

In the coming weeks, if conditions are anywhere near as good as they were 
today, I'll be happy to take net control as my time and other commitments 
allow.
