If the tuner has been disconnected from power for over 5 minutes it loses
it's memory. I have never seen that tuner not tune anything. I had what
was supposed to be a multi band antenna but I found out that it's lowest
point on any band was a 3.5. The AT 1000 tuned that thing anywhere from 160
to 10 meters. I'm almost afraid to suggest there's an antenna problem or a
problem with the tuner.
