Jim,

That's great.  Congrats.  I don't do braille, but have often wondered if 
  sending to braille wouldn't be a good option.

Maybe  you can shorten the line length by going under setup/fonts and 
selecting a larger font for the RX  window.     Not sure, but maybe 
worth a try.
