Thanks for the info, John.  And that leads me to my next question, is 
isopropal alcohol the same as denatured alcohol?  I see I can get denatured 
from Amazon but haven't looked for isopropal yet.  It's been years since I 
had to clean tape heads so I don't keep this stuff on hand anymore.  Lou
