I don't know why you can't put PR in that field. The score computed by your 
logging program isn't important; correct Cabrillo output is. The contest 
administrators will score your log anyway. If nothing else, I might put PR 
on the line for that QSO in the Cabrillo file, paying attention to what 
column the section abbreviations occupy on other lines.
I logged the NAQP using N1MM+, and think I have a KP4 somewhere. I only made 
77 QSOs, so congratulations. I heard someone working KW3A, but missed him, 
too.

Tom,

As you suggested, I got the contact entered by typing out the full
name. The problem is that the contact is not being counted for points.
When I run the Cabrello file, the staqte/province field is blank for
that contact.
