Hi Guys,
I turned on the radio and the weather radio was on.  I attempted to turn it
off by hitting the VFO or memory buttons.  Neither did anything.  I did
notice that it would transmit on 2 meters.  I don't remember if that is
right or not.  The only way I could turn the weather radio frequency on or
off was to hit the function key and then the 4.  I assume that isn't right.
How do I fix it?  Thanks.
