the connector for a double female is a sl239.  The male connectors are pl259 
connectors.
I used my stove top, which worked fine.
I didn't ham and cook at the same time.
I wonder if anybody makes an antenna that creates halfwave elements for 2 
and 70 Cm.  That way a ground plane wouldn't be essential.
True the voltage at the tip would be high, but prices must be payed.
