I would think any version of adobe that doesn't give an error on opening the
file should work. I have used versions 7 and 8 this way but didn't have
openbook when running older versions of adobe.

I don't have adobe on this machine at the moment. Do I need the regular
version or the one made for speech. When I had the one made for speech, it
didn't translate all that well, and when I tried to open a file such as this
one, it just said nothing to display, but I could never figure out how to
treat the pdf as a regular pdf file and print it. Hope that makes sense.
I have printed other stuff to the freedom printer before, so tell me which
adobe I need so I'll know how to do this. If all else fails, I'll send you
the file.
