The TMG707a voice button is the button between the band button and the 
volume/squelch control, the little one. It's the dimmer normally so I think 
you need to set it as voice in the manual but I don't remember how. If you 
have mic control activated, I think there is a button, number 6 or the b 
button that will do it as well.
