I'm not aware of anything like this, but there are a number of free 
programs you can find online.  Morserunner is a contest trainer that 
sends call signs you respond to, but there are others that will help you 
get your speed up, if that is what you need.

I think it's G4FON who has  a nice cw program.


Are you trying to build speed, or  get back to basics and  knock the 
rust off things you may  have forgotten?
