I've heard that rumor about Kenwood for 4 or 5 years now but don't think
it's true, I also heard the one about they're looking to get out of HF and
just make VHF/UHF stuff for a while too but again, we'll see, they've been
going around for about 5 years now.

Actually, it's an interesting question because, earlier this year I
really to notice of how many repeaters in the Philadelphia metro area
I use and it cam dow to two or maybe three.

The second thing is that their is a rumor running around.

I don't know if I read it on this list or not but, I heard KENWOOD is
considering getting out of the amateur radio business.

Could you imagine?
