Hi Angelo,
The Yeasu 405 rotor control box can easily be made accessible as there is a
adjustment knob in the middle of the display which turns with the rotor.  I
simply attached a pointer to it lining it up with the pointer which is
behind the glass.  The glass no longer is removable as it was in earlier
models.  For me, this works very well.
My hex beam is made by radiowavz.com of MO.
It is 6 band including 6 meters.
I am very happy with it and it weighs only 20 pounds.
