Yes. You can open the run dialog (by pressing windows + r) then type Jaws##"
followed by enter. Replace the ## with the version of Jaws that is loaded.
For example typing jaws13 would start Jaws version 13.

I usually use window-eyes, but I bought a used laptop for a friend who is
sighted, it had a demmo of jaws on it which I turned off so it doesn't come
up when he turns it on.  Is there a short cut key or quick way for me to get
it back running to I can check some things on the computer for him?
