winkey setup problem

Hi all

Hopefully someone can help.

I have installed the FTDI VCP drivers and am told through my hardware setup
that I have com ports 1-5-6.
1 is already used for the rig.

I then installed Winkey2 and tried to setup using com port 5-6 but am told
that keyer is unavailable when I chose one of these.  For the hell of it,
looked at com 2-3-4 and got the same result.
All this even after shutting down the program and re-booting it.

No, I didn't make the error of plugging the key into a USB port first!

Any comments will be very welcome!
