Looks real from what I can tell.
In Ie, tools manage add ons, find the java entries, right click each of them 
and press enter on disable.  You will have to press enter again to varify 
your choice.
This is also where you can disable toolbars.
In manage add ons, tool bars and extentions is the default section, and 
under that is selected currently loaded add ons.
Firefox is more confuzing.
