I know that Diamond is very proud of their dual-banders.
That is, they don't give them away at HRO.

I have a Diamond vertical for 2 meters and 70 CM that has a fiberglass outer

shell that came in two parts.  I'm not positive but I think there was an 
O-ring like rubber gasket that went between the two fiberglass sections 
where they fit together to seal against rain getting in.  Can't take it down

to look as it is up at 100 feet.
