I agree totally on 7.198 as our continuing 40-meter frequency. ... I guess 
we'll just have to see how the foreign broadcast QRM treats us within the 
next few weeks.

If that net on 7195 is normally there, we should start on 7198 instead.
Voice of Islamic Republic of Iran signs off on 7200 at 2100Z.  The QRM after
that time may be coming from Yakutsk, Russia.
