You could buz a used BNS or Braille Lite at a really low price if 
you saw one advertised.
You could also buy one from Freedom Scientific if you wished.
You might even be brave and buy a Braille Note or Braille Sense.
There is also a Pac Mate but I think you have to know more about 
computers for that.
