if they haven't installed it, I might just do that.
I did ask them to install it and when I got the invoice, they had a note to install the board for me, so hopefully they did.

It is easy, but like most things, easy if you know how and if youre 
comfortable doing such things.  All you have to remoove is the top of 
the radio.  The last one I got had some wierd little plastic thing that 
was some kind of spacer.  I never figured that out.  The earlier ones 
had little foam pads double stick things you put under and on top of the 
board.  I didn't know what that little plastic thing was for or where it 
went, so I just used a bit of electric tape sticky side out, I roled it 
up about right thicknes and did it that way top and bottom.  If you have 
trouble, let me know and I can get on the phone with you and I'll take 
one of mine apart and walk you through it.
