The predecessor of Ham Radio Deluxe was a program which I think was called
"Icom Commander."  I think that HB9DRV stopped development on it 3 or 4
years ago, but it should be available somewhere on the net.  I have no idea
about its accessibility, but I find that most of the information from HRD is
readable at least with the Window-Eyes mouse pointer function.
