I appreciate the info! I've added the audio QST availability to the
Magazines section of the Active Elements site, and I think I understand the
NLS and BARD options <smile>.
Could you take a look at the page? It is at:

Is there any way for none U.S. citizens to get access to QST? For instance,
non UK citizens can get audio recordings of RadCom through membership of
RSGB or RAIBC, either on MP3 CD or download.
