Hi, all.

 

Well, I spent a number of hours on the 10-meter contest today, and have 185
qsos in the log so far.

 

Did mainly CW, but a good share of SSB as well.

 

Mostly S and P, but did some C Q ing on CW.

 

I found conditions to be quite variable with a real lull in the early to mid
afternoon.

 

Best contacts so far were Australia and Japan on phone, and New Zealand on
CW.

 

So far, I've only been using 100 watts, but may get brave and turn the amp
on tomorrow.

 

Have sure learned a lot about the quirks of 10 meters.

 

At one point, I was working dx, and the next minute, Wisconsin and Michigan.
