Subject: Cartoons and CW

 Ron,

My favorites, besides the all time greatest , the three stooges, was Porky Pig, Daffy Duck, and
especially Fog Horn Leg Horn. Bull Winkle was my all time favorite full cartoon show. My kids,
when they were little, were watching cable we had just gotten installed. When Bull Winkle came on,
it was on another channel so I asked them to turn it. They groaned and bitched about it so I
asked them why they didn't like Bull Winkle. They said they didn't like any of my cartoons. I was
dumbfounded. I kept quizzing them but they gave half ass answers and something didn't seem right.
I finally got it out of them. They said my cartoons were not in color. No fooling.
I laughed myself sick. When watching my cartoons, the kids couldn't believe I could tell them in
advance when Bug's Bunny, or any of the other Mel Blank voices, were going to do next. One day, a
Porky Pig cartoon was on and Porky turned on a short wave radio to contact someone. CW came on and
I copied it. The guy sending said, "I am sending CW for a Porky Pig Cartoon."
