0: Transmit power (press to toggle between High, Medium, and Low)
A XXXXXXX: Frequency (in VFO mode) or Memory channel (in Memory mode) direct entry 
B XXX: DCS code (when DCS is ON), Tone frequency (when Tone is ON), or CTCSS frequency (when CTCSS is ON) setup
C: Repeater (Cross-band or Locked-band) ON
