Howard:

My whole approach here is to "set it and forget it", but knowing my luck,
the paddles someday will become unadjusted, and I'll not remember where I
put the allen wrench.  This way, if I can get it back in there, I'll have
the wrench handy if needed.  And, I know what you mean about things getting
out of adjustment if you adjust them too much.  I originally had an MFJ
paddle, and ended up adjusting the thing so many times that it will no
longer stay adjusted--hence, the reason for buying a better-quality Bencher.

And yep, I sure like the feel of the Bencher;  beats the MFJ paddles "hands
down".
