Hi RJ,

The most accessible and user friendly hand-held radios for a totally blind
amateur in my opinion are the Kenwood TH-F6A, the Wouxun KG series and the
Baofeng.  As far as mobile and hf radios are concerned Kenwood leads the
field when it comes to accessibility.
