There are several digital power meters that are accessible using the
software that comes with them, or which is downloaded from the maker's site.
Array Solutions, Telepost Inc, and Alpha all make them for example.

The circuits for voltage controlled oscillators that you put across a watt 
meter are still out there.
Other than that, you'll have to wait for one of us to tip over so you can 
get one in an estate sale.
