Just one thing, Outlook is not a free program.  Many of us don't have the 
money to buy MS Office.  This is why I use windows live mail 2012.

Accessing the BCC field is not difficult if you know how. You have to use
the keyboard command of alt C, which brings up a special selection which you
simply tab down to the BCC field and type in what you want or paste a list
in from you clip board, etc.
