Hi everyone, I have had a problem  transmitting on a 440 open repeater
around here, when I switch over to its output freq of 443.550 when I key
up it transmits on 443.550, but when I go to 448.550, the input for this
repeater with no PL I can get into it, but I have to monitor the output
with a scanner.  Do I need to make an adjustment to something with
440?  The off set sounds right, and like I said there is no PL.  Any help
with this would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.
