John and Gery,

The short RCA jumper can be removed if you want to hook up a transverter. 
You can also put a Y connector onto one end of the jumper and feed another 
receiver with the signal from the output of the transmit/receive relay. 
However, you may find (as I did) that the second receiver will affect signal 
strengths in the 751A's receiver.
