I priced mine the other day for $395 shipped including the Kenwood cable. 
If $$300 is all it is worth, I'd likely just let it set on the shelf for 
another part of a spare station.  Good price as far as I'm concerned.  I 
think I paid $700 for mine, so guess they've come down.
