Frankly bobby an all-mode dual band rigs cost new at least a thousand and used probably run $500.  I'm talking about rigs like the Kenwood 790 which is probably the most accessible of the bunch.  Frankly you can do better with a ts2000 than you would if you were just to buy those 2 bands.
