Hi Terry,
I think you should take a Notetaker or Slate and Stylus to the 
meeting.  I do think that you dd les people know that your 
Brailler is noisy if you are going to take traffic at an 
Emergency Operation Center, a mobile trailer, etc.  If you are 
going to take traffic at home or some place it won't matter about 
noise you can just use your notetaker for the meeting and your 
brailler at home if you do not have power to use your Notetaker.
