Don't waste your time,  it's a pain in the but, I haven't done it but a
friend has and he told me not to even try it. If you must know, go to
www.mods.dk and find the mod on there but believe me, it's not the easiest
radio to even take apart and then everything in there is so tiny, 1 slip and
you ruined a perfectly good radio. I gave up doing mods to my HT's.
