My apologies, should have looked at her machine more carefully first.  She is using windows mail which does indeed have an addressbook and contact list.  She is just looking for an easy way to use the windows mail address info when sending stuff.  I suppose she could cut and paste but there has to be an easier way.  Kind of makes me want to hang on to xp and outlook.
