Hi all:

I'm still struggling with attempting to have a PSK-31 QSO.
I use Window Eyes 6.1 but I'm not sure on what settings I'm to set Digipan up with.
I do have both RX and TX windows displayed and I'm rooting the curser about an all I'm getting is garbled text.
I'm getting a little text I can decode but not much at all.
How do I answer a station if they lock on to me? How can I lock on to another station calling CQ?
I can only operate on 1000HZ, 2000HZ, 3000HZ, 4000HZ, and 5000HZ.
I really wish I could get this to work or there was another accessible program I could try. Digitalk or HRD's DM-780 doesn't work either.
If someone could email me some basic tips and tricks, it would be appreciated.
