Albert,

A belated hed's up.  If you install the Kenwood Virtual Comm Port Driver 
and connect  to the pc via 	USB, there is a chance you may lose your 
screen reader speech.

This may depend on your OS, screen reader, moon phases,and other stuff. 
   If this happens, unplug the usb to get the speech back.  You may then 
have to shut down and restart the screen reader.


Windows may see the sound card built into the  590 as the default card, 
and cause problems.   If this happens, don't wet your pants, there are 
ways around it.  Just a "just in case" warning.
