as to noise bridges, both the mfj212 and the tentec 1051 are easily used.

the tentec is a kit selling for $21, +$5.96 for the recommended enslosure.

A competent builder can put this together in lesss than two hours.

Both are simple to operate, require no interfaces at all and work as 
advertized.
For the tentec, if you have no one to build for you, there is an 
organization called
qrpkitbuilders which will build kits for a nominal fee.

So, no excuses folks, workable solutions are out there.
