I have a severe sleeping problem myself. Does this medication require a
prescription? Thanks much,

I must say I have a severe sleep disorder and this is the only drug I take
that has no side effects the next day.

If I didn't know I took the pill at night I wouldn't know in the morning
because it just doesn't bother you the ext day as most sleeping pills do.

This is not at all a sleeping pill.

I have taken over the counter melatonen in the past and felt rotten the
next day but not with hetlioz.
