Hi Tom:
    Once you open the JAWS keyboard manager, do an alt F. Then, right arrow 
once. This will put you on the add additional key stroke. Press enter and 
follow the prompts.

Well, I could try this for Alt S in Outlook, but am not sure of the exact
steps that are involved.

However, I do know how to get to the Jaws keyboard manager, which is a
start.
