It is a little over a month old.

It has the speech board in it.

I am replacing it with an ICOM 7000 because it is more accessible.

I'm asking $1400 plus shipping and insurance.

The radio goes for over $1500.00 brand new with the accompanying power 
supply.

I sold the power supply.

Most people have there own power supply anyway.
