Hello Scott

No.

How is your setup?

With a rotor/modem/direct to the internet?

It can also be that your isp is blocking those ports that you need for
echolink. But I don't know your setup so I can't really say what to do.

Normally when you install echolink it asks you to run the firewall setup.
Did you do it, and if so what was the message that you got from it?
