It absolutely is, Tom. I'm not keeping records except in my mind but I've
worked everything that's been available so far and i'm having a blast with
it. I heard Tennessee late Tuesday night but Wednesday morning zulu coming
in at 20 over 9 on 30 meters so they were a chip shot. The rig was still set
up on 30 when I came into the shack at about 7:45 the next morning. I heard
a W1AW signal calling CQ and was shocked to find it was the Guam station and
they were a solid S9. It took me about 10 minuts to make it through the
pile-up but my 90 watts and inverted vee got it done. I found New mexico
later that day on 15. I've heard the Guam station on other bands since then
but never as strong as on 30 that morning. I guess conditions were just
right at that time. For new hams, its a great way to get worked all states
