All I can tell you is what my friend sent. he has one and has the
software which he says is needed to enable the voice menus in either
English or Chinese. He livesw back in Kansas, so I can't get hands on
his radio. He said the menus read, that is all I can tell you. I got
the manual, but is in pdf and I've never figured out a way to read
those. It appears to be a scanned image, won't convert to text. I
assume I could maybe install acrobat and print it and then scan with
open book? Is there a simpler way?
